Top Buttons, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization building self-worth through mentorship, education and fashion in young women. Our teaching is centered on understanding your identity in Christ and our resources filter out the unnecessary sexually-related material that is commonly associated with the fashion industry and showcase contextually modest versions of current fashion trends.

Sara Garas, CEO of Top Buttons St. Pete
Sara Garas is the CEO of Top Buttons in St. Petersburg, Florida. She grew up in Egypt along with her three sisters and understands first-hand how difficult it is to achieve equality as a woman. Sara made herself a promise to bring hope and encouragement to women in her community wherever she lived, and that promise quickly turned into a passion.
Sara's commitment to advocating for women's rights and equal opportunity has also informed her collegiate and professional success. After graduating from Cairo University with a degree in Economics & Political Science, Sara was classically trained as a Marketer for Procter & Gamble (“P&G”) where she focused on serving underprivileged women by introducing customized home products that provided a healthier life for women in the Middle East. Sara has pioneered humanitarian programs in every market she led which were designed to improve women’s self-esteem and self-worth.
As a Marketing Manager for P&G, Sara was ultimately relocated to P&G’s global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio where she won multiple international awards including the Global P&G award for GIVE campaign; the North America Organization People’s Choice Award for driving a high-performance team; and the CEEMEA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa) Brand Innovation Award.
Sara has now settled in Florida with her husband and two beautiful children. She continues pursuing her passion for serving other women through the launch of Top Buttons in the city of St. Petersburg, Florida. As the CEO of Top Buttons St. Petersburg, she and her team guide local young women on how to present their best, unique selves to the world.
Wearing Confidence Program
We offer our Wearing Confidence Program for young women between 11-25 years old. Participants in this program must be nominated by a civic or religious organization targeting young women in need.
